(AND ALSO DUSTIN)
*Prosecco – we're not that elite, and you'll live
** Fuck, really?! Really. But not too much.
It's a pretty cozy urban loft right downtown in San Diego off the Gaslamp district. We're just a few blocks from PetCo Park and surrounded by a pile of hotels and bars and restaurants and such.
We're still ironing out some kinks in locations, but here's what you can expect.
PIZZA PARTY "REHEARSAL" DINNER
6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
517 Plaza Del Cid, Chula Vista, CA 91910
If you're in town - you're invited. This is a super-casual "let's have pizza because we're sick of planning" thing.
We want all of our friends or family that are in town early to feel like they're welcome to join if they want.
You will need a car to get here though.
If you want to come, let us know! (and we can also figure some carpooling out)
CEREMONY
5:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Luce Loft | 1037 J St, San Diego, CA 92101
This will be a short, likely standing, ceremony so don't be late or you'll miss it (unless you want to miss it).
The less time someone has to object to the wedding, the better for Dustin.
RECEPTION
6:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Luce Loft | 1037 J St, San Diego, CA 92101
PARENT BREAKFAST
10:30 AM- 12:00 PM
Trying to put together a lovely little breakfast for the parents and us.
DEPARTURE
12:00 PM
We're out. You're free!
We've registered at three different places. Amazon–for general stuff and appliance-y goodness, Honeyfund—a donation site geared towards specific Honeymoon activities, and Crate & Barrel—for your newlywed-grade pots, plates and what have you. You're free to also give us checks if that's your speed, or even video games, which one of we love.
But in all seriousness, you really don't need to get us anything. You're coming to our wedding–that takes commitment and time and finances from you, and that is something that means plenty. We heard from other people that get married that it's helpful to have a registry, because some people will get gifts regardless, and you might as well make sure if someone wants to get you something, it's something that you'll use - so that's why we also have a registry.
